kde-telepathy-text-ui software package provides Telepathy text chat UI for the KDE Plasma Desktop, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-telepathy-text-ui
kde-telepathy-text-ui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-telepathy-text-ui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-telepathy-text-ui *
You will get with kde-telepathy-text-ui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
